Abu Khattar tells his wife that he is entrusting the task of renovating the house to Umm Tayseer’s brother, much to his wife’s concern and she warns him against the idea. Abu Khattar is killed in his shop, so the mukhtar learns of the matter and gathers all the people of the neighborhood.
