Yamamoto Luffy and Koyama Nami, two students who have bonded over their One Piece-esque names, meet Usopp, a mega fan of the series. Assuming everyone loves the manga as much as he does, he forcibly recruits them to his newfound “Pirate Club”, naming Luffy as its “captain”.
