Europa-Park in Rust is turning 50. With around 6 million guests a year, it is one of the most visited theme parks in Europe. Numerous modernizations and renovations are planned for the anniversary year. Everything needs to run as smoothly as possible. The anniversary year will be stressful for the employees. But also for the Mack family, who run the park, after all, they promised fans new attractions. In seven episodes, SWR will take a look behind the scenes at Europa-Park during the anniversary year and experience the Mack family and their employees up close at work in Germany’s largest theme park.
