Episodes typically take place in settings that simulate doctor’s offices or physiotherapy clinics. The narrative of each volume focuses on the interaction between a character playing the role of a healthcare professional (doctor, nurse, or trainer) and a “freshman” or athlete in need of a physical assessment. The progression of the scenes follows a pattern where simulated clinical protocols—such as checking reflexes, heart rates, and abdominal exams—serve as an introduction to the intimate and consensual involvement between the participants.
